I have spent my life scouring the libraries and endless landscapes of knowledges searching for the solution that seemed to always elude me. I am still seeking, most likely I always will be but along my journey I have uncovered some profound insights and strategies that I belief can be used to empower virtually anyone that puts them into practice.
From the age of four years old I was introduced to martial arts. My very first memories of life were actually observing the movements and charisma of my first role model, Bruce Lee. I do not have a scent of my life before this and because of this the philosophy of Eastern Mysticism, and Spirituality feel as familiar to me as the sun penetrating my naked skin does now.

About The Work.
The work I cultivate and pursue in the world is simply an integration of philosophical principles, spiritual insights, and a progressive return to natural living. I decided in the summer of 2009 to renounce my long held aspirations of being an Olympic athlete and devote my life to the study, application, and oratorical expression of nutrition. It is my burning passion to speak in front of live audiences on the power of harmonizing our lives through what we put into our mouths. Nutrition is not simply about the analytical composition of food, it is truly about becoming one with nature and therefore becoming a purified natural human being living in an unnatural world.
It is my hope, dream, and desire that you may take one nugget of wisdom from my work. It has been my experience that when we organize our nutrition strategy based on our values for life everything in our lives begin to shift. When you drink your first green vegetable juice you may notice subtle changes or even profound ones. Give it a week or even two. Eventually you will find the person you see in the mirror is unrecognizable to the one you are used to seeing. This is my hope for you. That you discover the magic and enchantment that still exists in our world. If you wish to reclaim your dormant super hero faculties you must fuel your body like a super hero.
